Antique Junghans Germany Mantle Clock Westminster Chime Celebrate 2 Jewels- marked Hamburg-Amerikanische Uhrenfabrik (Hamburg-American clock factory) also with crossed arrows known as "Pfeilkreuz" (Crossed Arrows registered in 1891) Schramberg Germany. This Junghans Antique mantle clock measures 20 inches wide, 10 inches tall and is 7 inches in depth- weighs 10 lbs. The cabinet of this clock looks to be mahogany veneer and there are minimal chips, and no cracks or repairs to the veneer, yet minor scratches and scuffs. The dial has original silver-finished face with raised appliqued numeral numbers and the slightly convexed-glass door is framed in tinned metal brass. The dial has a feature where one can silent the chimes if desired- original Junghans strike movement 864.

This clock will strike on the quarter hour, half hour, threequarter hour and the full hour. This plays Westminster chime, and the 5-rodmovement has a very regal tone.
