Antique New Haven Mantle Clock With West Minster Chime And Key 1930-40s. Wood has some scuffs and dents. Clock needs adjustment Or repair runs and chimes without weighted pendulum but it is too fast. When weight is placed on it will stop in about 5 minutes. I have tried the adjustments based on instructions but cannot get it to keep time correctly.
