BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE ART DECO MANTLE CLOCK 1930 WESTMINSTER CHIMES 3 train movement

ANTIQUE ART DECO MANTLE CLOCK. Early 20th Century, circa 1930s 11 1/2 inches (290mm) wide, 8 3/4 inches (220mm) tall, 5 1/2 inches (140mm) deep, polished oak.

Three train movement, strikes the quarter hours and hours with Westminster chimes, on gongs. Good antique condition with light wear consistent with its age, but no major damage.

Movement marked ENFIELD CLOCK Co LONDON LTd MADE IN ENGLAND Winds up and runs ok, but due to its great age I think it would be safe to assume that it would benefit from a service. This is a fine example of its type and it would make a great decorative piece and be a good addition to any collection. It is complete with its pendulum & key.

The clock measures approx 11 1/2 inches (290mm) wide, by 8 3/4 inches (220mm) tall, by 5 1/2 inches (140mm) deep, and is made from polished oak. The case is made to a Classic ART DECO design and is very striking. It has a large dial, with roman numerals, and a three train movement, which strikes the quarter hours and hours with Westminster chimes, on gongs. It is in good antique condition with light wear consistent with its age, but no major damage.

The movement is marked ENFIELD CLOCK Co LONDON LTd MADE IN ENGLAND It winds up and runs ok, but due to its great age I think it would be safe to assume that it would benefit from a service.
