I received this clock as an award for company service. I would say back in the 80's or 90's. We barely used the clock so it is in excellent condition. I looked it over closely and could not find a thing to call out. The clock face door opens nicely, the rear compartment is accessible.The key fits, and the hands can be adjusted. There is a company logo near the bottom middle that can be easily removed. It keeps good time and the chimes are beautiful. Factory description is as follows.

To set the time, move ONLY THE MINUTE HAND counterclockwise (backwards) until the hour and minute hand are at the correct time. DO NOT MOVE THE HOUR HAND WHEN SETTING THE TIME. By moving the minute hand counterclockwise it is not necessary to wait for the clock to chime as the minute hand passes each quarter hour.
