When would about three turns it will snap back which means it is weak and the clock will stop in 5-15 minutes when started. For the little work needed, this is a scarce clock well worth preserving. Clock has dual subsidiary dials. Chime silent dial on left and speed control dial on right. The clock measures 18.5" high (20 with bracket up) 13" wide x 9 deep. Solid wood and brass movement is very thick and solid. Back door closes but the little latch is missing.
