A nice clock by Seth Thomas USA. This is the Kenbury 1-E model E705000 Electric version with Westminster chimes.

This is one of the most popular models ever made by Seth Thomas, The overall condition of this model is excellent! This model featured self-correcting Westminster chimes, super reliable all American Electric mechanism in a nice compact bookshelf size wooden cabinet (see pics). We have examined and tested this model and found it to be running and striking correctly. The overall condition of the mechanism, cabinet, appearance of this clock is very nice. It would be a nice addition to any clock collection.
