Top Quality Antique English 8 Day Westminster Chime Walnut Bracket Clock. Welcome From Cotswoldclocks To Our Store. This is a top quality antique English walnut bracket clock. The walnut case has a beautiful patina to it with a superb caddy top design. The case has a hinged glazed front protecting the dial and a hinged back door with fretwork panel, both are in full working order with the front door having a working original lock and key. Their are glass panes to either side through which you can see the musical movement. It has a brass & silvered chapter ring dial with black roman numerals, the dial is in good condition with brassdrels to the corners.

This is a 8 day English Westminster chime movement which plays the musical chime every 1/4 hour, on the hour it strikes the full chime followed by the hourly strike, the movement is in full working order keeping good time and striking when it should. The movement is signed Empire. The clock measures 15.5" high x 11.5" wide x 8.5 deep. This is a beautiful walnut bracket clock with a caddy top and musical english movement, it is in full working order. The clock case is in great condition for age with a beautiful patina, the movement keeps time and strikes as it should.
