1920s German Westminster Chime Wall Clock

This is an oak cased German Westminster Chime wall clock with leaded beveled glass. It's a large heavy clock that weighs over 20 lb. Be sure to have a heavy hook in a stud in a wall to hang it. The case is 30 1/2 in long and 15 in at the widest point at the top. The clock was restored by someone a few years ago and is a very nice condition. The solid oak case was refinished and the dial is a metal replacement. I also believe the pendulum was replaced or refinished. The movement is in very good running condition. It is clean and was probably rebuilt and it was just recently oiled. It strikes on the hour and chimes every 15 minutes. If you look in the pictures you will see two strings hanging down want to activate the chime and the other to turn it off. This clock has a very deep slow melodic chime and strike as do most of these German clocks from the 1920s. Comes with a key ready to hang on your wall and enjoy.
