As to the provenance, it's based on the clock appearance and the inscription "Baker Wigar" on the clock's face. Poking around a bit it would seem to suggest that it originates from a shop in Wigar, UK. The clock has been fully checked, repaired, and oiled (keeping the Oxford comma here, what with the English theme). Not by me - but by a master clocksmith.Has a key and a pendulum, natch. Chimes every quarter hour and strikes on the hour. Some light scratches, mostly on the back.
Otherwise, superb condition for its age. The glass is clear and free from defects.
