1930's Hammond electric Herman Miller Mauthe Germany movement WESTMINSTER CHIME clock. Clock runs good, keeps accurate time, runs quietly. Spin start lever above the 12 to get it going. 5 rod Chimes every quarter hour Westminster Chime, and strikes each hour counting out the hour. Hammers may need adjusting for maximum sound. The finish looks good, not original, some minor blemishes, scuffs, scratches and slight corner damage see close-up, shines nicely, presents well. Brass sash opens to set the time, metal silvered dial face has wear, raised black numbers, black hands, spinning dot below the 12 shows it's running instead of a sweep seconds hand..

Good round convex dial glass. Rear door opens for access to set-up directions on the brass label, winding levers on left and right sides(see arrows added in 2 pictures) to initially wind for chiming, then self winding as the clock runs. Good vintage power cord and plug. Stands 10-3/4 inches tall, 22-3/8 inches wide at the feet, 6-1/4 inches deep.
