3 8 Day Mahogany Westminster Chime Mantel Shelf Clock, Made by the Ansonia Clock Company New York USA. This has an Ansonia Brass Mechanical 8 Day Time & Strike Key Wind Movement with 5 Rod Quarterly Westminster Chime, which Runs and Strikes Correctly. It is Signed The Ansonia Clock Co.
The Case is a Footed Victorian Style Mahogany Wood Tambour Deco Humpback Case with Octagon Face and Ornate Scroll Trim, and Adjustable Levelling Feet. The Dial is a Silver Metal Dial with Bubble Level, Very Clean! It is Signed Ansonia, Made by the Ansonia Clock Co. The Clock is Large and measures approx. 23 1/4" Wide x 10 3/4" Tall x 7 1/2 Deep, and is Heavy. The Original Maker's Label for this Model Sonia No.3 is On The Inside Of The Rear Door. It includes the Pendulum and Winding Key. The Clock is in Decent Cosmetic Condition with Normal Wear From Age. There is a Gouge on the Top, and On The Left Side, As Pictured. The Clock Runs For a Bit and Stops, and Will Need Adjustments or Attention to Work Correctly.
