Antique 1930's English "Garrard" Westminster Chiming Mantel Clock with Silence. N antique 1930's English "Garrard" Westminster chiming mantel clock with silence. This is in excellent condition and is in full working order.

It has a very attractive domed oak body with clever use of contrasting wood grains and inlay to the front. The oak has a medium brown coloured finish with a darker visible grain. The face is circular in shape with a silver coloured metal chapter ring, black coloured numerals and silver.

To the right of the. Number three is the chime/silence selector lever (working perfectly).

The face is protected by a convex glass door with a chromed metal bezel. The glass is in excellent condition with no scratches, chips or cracks. To the back is the door to the mechanism chamber. This chimes at quarter past the hour, half past the hour, quarter to the hour and on the hour.

On the hour this also chimes the number of hours. It has a very soft and subtle chiming sound.
