C1925 Friederich Mauthe Grandfather Clock with working 8-rod Westminster Chimes

I recently inherited this Friederich Mauthe Grandfather Clock from my 104-year-old aunt who owned it for over 55 years. I already have a grandfather clock so I need to sell this one. The once-an-hour Westminster chimes are still in working condition and the clock keeps accurate time. Pulling the chains winds the clock for one week.

The glass with wood panels, the dial convex glass cover and the weights are all original. The photos show the clock case is in very decent shape for being close to 100 years old.
