Beautiful Elliott Three Train Mantel Mahogany with Full Westminster & Whittington Chimes Bracket Clock. 8 Day Lever Westminster & Whittington Chime Clock by Elliott of London, has a solid wood case with beveled glass dial cover, brass cherub angel 4 - corner motif and black roman numerals. Clock is in very good condition inside and out and runs great, keeping perfect time and chiming each quarter melodically on 8 rods, has a strike silent lever on the dial and automatic silence action between the hours of 11:00PM & 7:00AM (for the light sleeper) Comes with original T Bar Key and original set up instructions on back of clock.

Round Latin Inscription (Tempus Fugit) translates to Time Flies. There are a few minor knicks typical of clock this age. Clock measures approximately 16" tall x 9" length x 8 1/2 width. This is a superb example of an English Mahogany Clock by the premier English Clockmaker Elliott. This is/was Elliotts top of the range model with full Westminster & Whittington Chimes.
