A stunning class A movement numbered 18429 and signed. The clock is listed in post as I do not know it's true age and therefore I guess it to be around the 20s/30s but may be wrong..

A lever in the back chooses the familiar Westminster chime tune or Whittington melody with a beautiful mellow tone. The case is walnut with burl. A brass winding key is original on this British vintage timepiece. This clock is fitted with a unique automatic action which switches off the chime at 11 p.
