Fantastic Art Deco Kienzle Westminster Chime Box Clock Regulator

Up for sale is this antique Kienzle Art Deco styled Westminster chime wall clock. Issues with both the case and movement so this is a parts or repair project. Missing it's top glass and key, several scratches and dings to the case, lots of wear to the dial, center spring is no good, wear to the pendulum bob, chime rods bent, etc.
