Franz Hermle Westminster Chime Moon Phase Floating Balance Bracket/Mantel Clock needs regulating. This clock is in pristine condition. The superb case measures 10" high x 8" wide x 5.5 deep, has nice brass feet, the height measurement does not include brass handle. The moon phase is working accurately.
The brass dial with silver chapter ring is in mint condition. The triple train spring driven movement by Franz Hermle looks very clean and has a good strong beat but it looses time, I believe there is a knack to adjusting the floating balance. The Westminster chime is very melodious, strikes each quarter hour. The clock runs for a full 7 days without re-winding.
