The movement is an 8 day Westminster chime sun/moon dial signed Herschede, made in Germany, has just been serviced, oiled and adjusted and is keeping good time. It works perfectly and has a beautiful Westminster chimes that play every 1/4 hour and on the hour. The chimes can be silenced for night time use too. The tone is outstanding in sound quality using the beautiful hardwood case for nice resonance. This comes with all the original paperwork and owners manual.
