This is a very nice clock in the original box with the original packing material. This clock appears to have not ever been used. It still has the packing in the chimes and the plastic covering is still on the pendulum to protect the polished brass (the tape residue and lines shown on the bob is in the plastic). There was some tape on the key, which I removed, leaving a shiny mark on the key as shown. I didn't remove the packing from the movement and do any testing of the clock (which would render it as used), so, as with any clock with a key-wind movement, adjustments to the movement may be needed when setting it up and from time to time thereafter. With proper installation and adjustment, I expect the clock to work properly. The hinged, convex crystal dial is edged in a polished brass bezel. Pendulum glass slides up for easy access to the pendulum, and features the Regulator design in 22k gold.
