It is a quarter striking clock, it strikes the quarter hour, half hour, and the full hour. It also has two even rarer features, A regulator stem built in the face of the clock, just above the number 12 (pictured) and a chime and silent lever by the number 3 (pictured) Keeps very accurate time! This Barrister Style Clock measures 13 inches high, 10 1/4 inches wide and 6 3/4 inches deep. The perfect size for any mantle or book shelf. The all wood veneered case has bracket feet with nice moldings just above the feet.
It also has it's original brass bezel with convex beveled glass hinged dial cover and dual time adjustments. A regulator stem in the dial and adjustable pendulum. The finish has some craquelure and varnish loss, minor nicks and dings which is normal wear and tear that you would expect on a 96 year old clock.The glass has minor chips around the edge where the glass meets the mounts visible only when the face cover is open. Includes a double ended winding and regulator replacement key. All in all A Very Rare, Very Nice Clock! You would be proud to display and use every day.
