Large Antique Oak 3 Train Musical Westminster Chime Bracket Clock Chime Silent

Here we have a lovely large oak three-train chiming musical bracket / mantel clock which is Westminster chiming on 4 gongs. It also has a Chime / Silent facility to turn the chiming off if required. The clock is of large. Note the bottle of wine is not part of the sale it is just to show the. The case is nice arched and finished with mouldings and the door opens to accesss the dial. The clock is raised on bun feet. To the rerar the door is fretted brass lined in fabric to allow the sound of the gongs to pass. The arched silvered dial is set out with roman numeral chapter ring and twin subsidiary dials to the top for Chime/Silent and to regulate the clock. The clock is happily ticking and chiming away and the movement is nice and clean as can be seen from the photographs.

Th clock is complete with it's pendulum and winding key. DIMENSIONS : It measures approximately : 10 3/4 inches. / 27.5 cm wide x 6 3/4 inches / 17 cm deep x 14 3/4 inches / 37.5 cm high.

CONDITION : The clock case is in good condition. But there are minor knocks / marks. With age as can be seen from the photographs. The marks can be seen on the photograph of the top of the clock.

He movement is nice and clean and happily ticking and chiming away. The dial is in original condition and has aged nicely. Please study photographs carefully as they form part of the description and condition, as what you view is exactly what you will receive.
