Modern Westminster Chime Quartz Battery Colonial Bracket Style clock. This is a beautiful looking, quality made, modern clock that runs and chimes properly. It is designed to chime only on the hour and half hour. On each hour, it plays the full 16 note westminter chime song and then counts out the number of the hour.

The case is solid mahogany, with a nice burl design above the dial, solid reeded wood columns with brass capitals and a nice tempus fugit dial with spandrels all around. It is rather large, measuring 16 3/4" high x 13" wide x 6 deep.
