Rare Antique Seth Thomas Chime # 95 Westminster Beehive Cathedral Mantle Clock

Up for sale is this antique Seth Thomas Chime #95 Mantle Clock. This is a parts or repair project. The movement has consistently run for 4-5 minutes before stopping (I tried six or seven times at least). It did Chime as it passed the quarter hours, but the rods are a bit bent so it sounded a little muted and awkward. I do not have a key for this clock.

The finish is quite shiny, there is a rough spot right near the start of the curve on the right side, and the footing in that side is a bit chewed up both shown in photos. Otherwise you see some general, small dings and rubs. The dial shows a fair amount of wear and scratches. The glass has some scratches and marks as well.
