This is a signed Eska bracket clock that was made in Brazil. Cosmetically the clock is descent. There are no major chips or scratches, but there is some finish flaking. It appears to be a shellac finish. Mechanically the clock seems to be well built and solid.
It is complete, but untested. It was wound and did not run. The clock has to be cleaned and oiled. The movement appears to be of a higher quality and uses a platform escapement. The wood looks like mahogany but with a lighter stain.
It's an odd clock and from Brazil. If you're looking for a rare piece to restore check this one out. It's priced to sell so don't miss it!
