Rare Herschede Westminster Chime Wall Clock Model 15 1016

This is a rare Herschede wall clock with a Westminster chime movement. The case is impressed with 15 and 1016. Im guessing that one number is the model, the other is the production number.

The clock ticks and chimes, and it I ran it for a day and didnt notice any issues. The movement is dirty and oily. The finish is original and shows patina. The cloth in the side windows is beginning to deteriorate. The chimes are more crisp and solid than similar German clocks, and it appears to be a well made and well engineered movement.

This is a high quality clock in nice original condition and its priced to sell. Accuracy is rarely tested and maintenance records are unknown unless otherwise specified. You can message or call for assistance. Successful adjustment is dependent on the buyers mechanical capabilities.
