Seth Thomas Mantle Clock Not Working. Will run for a few minutes then stop. Chimes do work when it is manually advanced. Had a clock repairman assess it.

The clock needs full cleaning and service. No broken parts found during visual inspection. Cleaning and service is most likely all it needs but is not gurananteed. Wood extgerior is in very good condition. The brass ring around the face has an aged patina, i.

Is dull and shows many spots of corrosion. Only found one scratch of note, see pic with blue circle.
