Seth Thomas Sonora 1/4 Hr Westminster Chime Mantle Shelf Table Clock NICE

This is a Seth Thomas Sonora Chime Clock. The clock has been running continuously for a week or so without missing a chime.

It also seems to keep time very well. The movements appear to have been maintained; they look clean and seem to be mechanically sound. This clock has 2 movement; one runs the time and hour chime, and the larger runs the musical, 1/4 hr chime portion of the clock. The chimes can be silenced.

The case is mahogany and looks great. I don't see any finish issues and the construction is solid.

The silvered dial is in better condition than most and the bezel is brass with a heavy beveled crystal. It's an all around nice example of this model and it's priced to sell.
