It does seem to run if you have it sitting right but sure it should be serviced. All springs are good and it seems to function as it should. A couple of the little bun feet are chipped and knob from door is missing. Dial is pretty nice too, some wear but not all beat up around the third winding hole like some. Though case is dirty, aligatored and has a few marks it is very solid and I think will clean up very nicely making this a great easy project.
