Seth Thomas Westminster Chime Mantle Clock 113A Movement

This is an estate find. It is a beautiful looking piece. The springs and arbors do wind without issue, and I can see the strike arm activate. The chime arms don't seem to function though.

It did run for a brief minute and then stopped. My best guess it probably needs a cleaning and timing adjustment. I've noted two imperfections in the photos. The front glass has a crack in the lower right and the rear peak of the case does have an imperfection.

Neither of which are glaringly obvious. It comes as is with everything in the pictures.
