Vintage 1950's "The Alexander Clark Co Ltd" Westminster Chiming Mantel Clock. Vintage 1950's "The Alexander Clark Co Ltd" Westminster chiming mantel clock. This is in great condition and is in full working order. It has a Beautiful dome topped oak body with very decorative scrolled feet. The oak has a dark brown coloured finish with a darker visible grain.
The face is circular in shape with a silver coloured metal chapter ring, black coloured numerals and. The face is protected by a convex glass door with a chromed metal bezel. The glass is in excellent condition with no scratches, cracks or chips.
To the back is the door to the mechanism chamber. The door is intact and in excellent condition. This chimes at quarter past the hour, half past the hour, quarter to the hour and on the hour. On the hour it also chimes the number of hours.This comes complete with its floating balance pendulum and key. Height: 23.75cm (9 1/2). If you have any questions please let me know.
