Vintage Howard Miller Westminster Chime Wall Regulator Clock

Up for sale is this wonderful Howard Miller Westminster Chime wall Clock. I have had the clock up and running the past few days, but the clock should be cleaned and serviced for its long term health. The clock was very dusty when I received it, and while I removed most of it, a good cleaning is still needed.

The case is in fairly good condition, a few spots of wear, a couple of tiny dings. The bottom section which is pegged into place is hanging loose on the left side, I showed the gap up close in a couple of photos.
