Vintage Napoleon Hat Mantle Clock Westminster Chime Key Pendulum See Description

The chimes work, the silent and chime switch works, the clock winds up and the key is included. Please note that I can get it to tick but it stops after a minute or two.

It seems like the pendulum is not completely level. Some specs of paint on top and usual patina from age but otherwise good cosmetic condition.
