A standard American store regulator is usually around 38 tall. I would call this clock 3/4 size. The dial is smaller as well. 8" in diameter as opposed to the usual 12" dial.
The dial is painted and looks brand new. The clock was built in 1984 with a stamped Hermle 8 day Westminster chime movement.
The movement has just been lubricated. It looks like this clock was not used much in its life. The movement is very clean showing minimal wear.
The clock chimes the quarter hours and strikes the hours. The clock runs, chimes beautifully and strikes great. Comes with original winding key. It's a heavy clock for its size.
