The Springs are wound however I can't get it to chime and it's not running I think it might need oil and lube but I'm not sure it measures 12 inches high 10 inches wide and 6 in deep the movement is marked Seth Thomas Talley industries, Norcross, Ga USA, two jewels, made in West Germany number 497-212 with the key.
