Vintage Seth Thomas Westminster Chime Carriage Shelf Mantle Clock Legacy 3W

A Seth Thomas carriage style wooden carriage mantle clock. This is a Westminster chime and appears to be running well. Does chime one the quarter hour and chimes the hour, the chimes seems to be running a bit sluggish, but is do work, probably needs a tune-up or cleaning. Has a few light finish marks.

Base is about 10-1/2 by 7-1/4" and this is about 13" tall not including the handle. Expect minor evidence of use or imperfections, dings etc.
