The functioning Westminster chimes play 4 notes on the quarter hour, 8 notes on the half hour, 12 notes on the three quarter hour and 16 notes (full complement) plus the hour chime hourly. According to several write-ups this was one of Seth Thomas finest clocks made and rare to have come on the market, especially in an original untouched condition.
