This is an old clock that needs to be oil and adjusted, it has few scratches and dents the clock work for a few minutes but the pendulum rubs against one of the screws as you can see in picture 9 and it makes the clock come to a stop, if the pendulum is removed the clock will work non stop (but too fast).
