Vintage Whittington chime shelf clock

Dimensions are 18.25 inches long 10 inches in height and 7 inches wide. The wood does gave some scratches as pictured Has the key The only thing I tested was the everything 15 minutes chime and that worked all 8 rods in the back moved. Idnt wind it because it seemed to have some resistance so idnt wanna break anything.
