VTG Seth Thomas Woodbury 1302 Tambour Mantle Clock Westminster Chime -Works well

TAMBOUR / HUMPBACK MANTLE CLOCK. This beautiful vintage clock has a mahogany case and a glass door w/brass tone bezel that opens for winding. The clock face features Arabic numerals and is labeled Seth Thomas, Westminster Chime The clock is labeled Seth Thomas in the rear inside door and listed as Cat. The internal clock mechanism is marked Made in Germany, A401-003, Two (2) Jewels, 7910.

18" wide, 8" tall and 4.25 deep. The clock works beautifully, and comes with the key to wind the 8-day mechanism. The Westminster Chimes sound lovely and chime at the 15, 30, 45 and of course, the hour mark. Had this clock in for our local clockmaker to look at last week. He says it all looks good inside, and gave it some oil. Should not need to be oiled again for several years. Wood case is in beautiful shape, There are only two small marks -- one which only shows at the back when the door is open, fm the latch. And a small mark at the hinge area on the left of the clock face (see closeup pics for detail). Has felt feet at the bottom to protect counter/mantletops.
